By using PDF Manager, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PDF Manager ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

PDF Manager provides online PDF manipulation tools including:

  • PDF merging, compression, and splitting
  • Page rotation, extraction, and reordering
  • PDF to image conversion
  • Other document processing features

Important: All processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store your files on our servers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may use basic features without an account
  • Premium features require account registration
  • You must provide accurate, current information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • All activity under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You MAY:

  • Use the Service for lawful personal or business purposes
  • Process your own documents or those you have permission to use
  • Share the Service with others

4.2 You MAY NOT:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Process copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
  • Share premium account credentials with others
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Free Plan

  • 3 file operations per day
  • 100MB file size limit
  • All basic features included
  • No credit card required

5.2 Premium Plans

  • 24-Hour Pass: $1 for unlimited access for 24 hours
  • Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month for unlimited access
  • All prices in USD
  • Payments processed securely through Stripe

5.3 Billing

  • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
  • You will be charged on the same day each month
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Existing subscribers keep current pricing

5.4 Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied. Contact info@cyberlinksec.com. After 7 days, all sales are final.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel from your account settings
  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until the end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

PDF Manager and its original content (excluding user files) are owned by CyberLink Security and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to files you process. We do not claim ownership of your documents. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your content (because we never store it).

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We don't guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service
  • We don't warrant specific results or outcomes
  • You use the Service at your own risk
  • Always keep backups of important files

Some jurisdictions don't allow disclaimers, so these may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss (always keep backups)
  • We are not liable for third-party services (Stripe, etc.)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF Manager, CyberLink Security, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes via:

  • Email (if you have an account)
  • Notice on the website
  • Update to the "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
